I popped i to have a look at a car and Matt stopped what he was doing and offered support and advice, the car had a small problem and John the manager came to speak to me and explained everything, i could not fault my experience i was made to feel welcome by everyone and would recommend them without a doubt. From start to finish from sales to management ace service even a good banter and a cup of tea and biscuit from the reception staff. If you are in the area pop in and speak to matt with his James Bond accent

Got decent motor but one tyre worn on outside yet still legal

I bought a good, 6 years old car for a decent price. I even got some stuff replaced for free when I highlighted them to the sales manager. Recommended.

Great service from Matt, he was a big help and didn't feel like he was pushing for the sale. Great selection of cars, some online but much more at the location.

Asked sales man's for some info he fuc@ed off in side and did not come back I went back in after 15mins to see what was going on and he said he was called into a meeting cra@ service they lost a sale bought car from car store but if citroen managment think a meeting is more important that a customer they should think again or maybe they sell that much cars it does not mater about the customer

Went in to look a Seat Leon Cupra after having visited other garages but after speaking with Josh Rooney who couldn’t do enough and offering the highest trade in price it was a no brainer and the car was reserved then purchased after 2 days as the service and offer here was second to none Josh also took time to do my registration retention and on returning to get plates fitted it was done and dusted in 1/2 hour I honestly can’t give him enough praise so regardless of which car your after speak to Josh cheers

Matt and Andrew did a great job helping to source and deliver my new car. There was a small glitch after pickup, but Arnold Clark auto care dealt with that quickly and in a friendly proactive way at an Aberdeen branch, closer to where I was at the time.

I had to change my ratings. I paid extra money for Arnold Clark autocare. It turned out to be useless! If you try call garage for book off a repair -no one is going to pick up the phone. If finally get connected, nothing is covered. Even repair their did before. Having autocare, you are expected to pay for diagnosis as well! Avoid. Previously I had Peugeot from different garage and had better experience. Do not know if Citroen just do not care or so.

Josh the sales person very helpful..choice of used vehicles..but prices high : you need to discuss the values and price promise against other offers. Good service.
