Not impressed. Came to learn about Foundation learning for those with special needs only to discover that full-time courses stop at the age of 19 and my daughter is 20. If they had mentioned this on the website it would have saved us a wasted trip.

The sad part is the rating is not reflective of the course or teaching staff. It is due to the lack of effort the marketing department has put into aiding me. They are in charge of the graduation ceremony for my degree. I have contacted via telephone and via email, as all my peers have received their invitations weeks ago and I have had nothing. They have tried to blame it on my email, but given that I received every other email from marketing regarding graduation, it is odd how the only one not to arrive for me is the official invitation and confirmation of my place. It is extremely sad my experience has ended like this as I was on the Student Union 3 years (1 of which being president), was a student ambassador and would often help at open events for the campus. It is a disgrace for marketing to fail the institute they represent and as a result I can not say I will promote the college the way I always have.

They messed up my friends timetable. Told her she had a day off and then marked her as absent when she didn't turn up. It's a mess. The receptionist is useless. Went to see them to see if we could get a new timetable or find out which room she was supposed to be in and the receptionist said they couldn't help us at all. I would give 0 stars if I could. UPDATE: My friends teachers don't even give her feedback on her work. So she doesn't know how she's doing. She did a mock exam and they told her the grade but didn't tell her the bits she needed to work on or even give back the paper.
