Took my car here for a Ford check up. Found the staff very helpful. Was in and out very quickly. And was contacted soon as car was done. They even have the outside of my car a quick wash. Nice selection of cars to purchase. All in all a good experience . Thank you

Brilliant customer service from George McBlain. He listened to what I was looking for and my budget and found me a few cars to choose from. Let me make the decisions and gave me really good advice on the way. This is the first time I’ve bought a Ford car and I’m still getting used to it but when I’ve called he’s helped out.

Bought a good car at a decent price here. Kaz was very helpful and spent some time showing me how to use all the car's features. All good so far. Couple of things were a bit slow on the day of purchase, otherwise excellent service all round.

1 of the 4 Ford garages contacted in relation to a trade in against a new focus. Trade in valued at next june "potential value" rather than actual value now. The 3 other ford dealers contacted valued car at today's price and would honour that price despite delivery of car early 2022. Difference of nearly 2.5k. Did not progress and bought elsewhere.

I recently purchased a vehicle with this Ford dealership and the service was amazing. Lauren at Ford went above and beyond to ensure the car was ready within a short time period. When sending the car back to get an MOT Lauren made it as easy as possible within my work schedule. Thanks to everyone at Ford for their amazing service!!!

Went in so that they could diagnose a fault with my car, had to wait on a part and it took a few days for it to arrive and fitted toot sweet so cant argue for their service.
