Utter waste of time. Always a queue, terrible service. Phoned ahead for a bulk collection, get told

Utter waste of time. Always a queue, terrible service. Phoned ahead for a bulk collection, get told no problem it's here, show up at store and get told 90 minute. Nightmare trying to deal with trade card, discount isn't good, their only saving grace is being open on a Sunday but that's pointless when they make you wait hours. Save yourself the hassle and go to wickes.
