Amazing service! Was quoted and seen very fast which is what you need when your shower completely breaks! The guy who came was very polite and friendly! Fixed our shower quickly and charged a fair price! Will definitely use in future

I got in touch with The Shower Doctor via their website a couple of weeks ago and told them about my troublesome shower. They called me back swiftly, and we agreed a date and time for one of their engineers to come and have a look. Barry was brilliant. Not long after arriving he'd identified what the problem was, and soon replaced the faulty thermostatic value. Everything was all done within 20 minutes. Callout fee and charge for parts were both very reasonable. I couldn't be more delighted with the service I received from start to finish. Thank-you.

I had used Shower Doctor previously for a number of years and was pleasantly surprised that they are still going 27 years on. the services was fast and efficient. they even slotted me in on the same day which was brilliant. Engineer Barry was prompt and very polite and explained the fault in detail. I would definitely recommend the Shower Doctor.

I used the Shower Doctor after having intermittent issue with my shower. Call out was arranged, and the engineer was prompt, friendly and helpful! He established the fix and the part required which was fit on the same visit. The engineer (think his name was Andy) was extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely use this service again.

Great company with an excellent customer service I highly recommend them. I had some miscommunication with the engineer who replaced the shower on the day so I raised this with the company. I was amazed at the supportive response I received from everyone I spoke to including Kevin and the director Liam. I honestly expected to be fobbed off but their response was incredibly professional, they took the issue seriously and investigated it thoroughly. In the end everything was sorted and I have a brand new shower which is working perfectly. You really know the quality of a company in the way they handle their customers and so Shower Doctor absolutely deserves 5 stars.

Contacted The Shower Doctor about an issue with my shower. I'd picked them because it was them that installed my shower (some years ago now) & I'd had good service so I thought it would be good to use them again. I never heard back from them! So, very unimpressive customer service. I used another company in the end. They fixed the problem swiftly & I have since given them two further jobs (& recommended them to 5 other people, 4 of whom have now also used that company) These jobs would have all gone to The Shower Doctor, had they bothered to get in touch but, maybe they can afford to lose work. Shame really, as they used to be very good.

I ordered an item which they advertised on their website as "in stock", they took the money and then emailed me saying it wasn't in stock and would I like to cancel the order. I replied straight away saying yes, please cancel the order. They then emailed me 4 days later saying the order had been dispatched. It took a lot of emailing and eventually they said they would refund me, now they have only refunded the item price and not the postage. They are using the excuse that they didn't get the email cancelling (conveniently), but my gmail shows the email as sent. I'll never ever use them again, they hide behind their excuse that they didn't receive my email even though Google has shown it was sent.

Excellent customer service, the guy on the phone was very good and knew exactly what I needed. Ordered a shower cover at 3pm one day and it was delivered for the following morning.
