Excellent service from start to finish. My Rolex had a few nasty scratches on the bracelet. I took it to Brendan who quoted way below what I expected to pay. Two days later I returned to pick it up and not only did he sort out the scratches, he also re-finished the clasp too. My watch is now close to showroom condition. Thanks again Brendan and I shall recommend your service to my friends.

I have recently had my Mondaine watch repaired at Brendan Haddock , it was losing time and now it keeps time perfectly, he also replaced the bracelet quickly and economically. I recently had my Tag Aquaracer repaired by Brendan. I found this gent very knowledgeable and he had diagnosed the fault within minutes. 10 days later my watch was returned repaired and serviced. Courteous and efficient service by this business.

We had a pretty bad customer service experience in a high street jewellers in Edinburgh so my husband and I decided not to entrust his beloved TAG watch there. A very good friend of ours recommended Brendan Haddock Jewellers and we both know immediately on arrival we had made the right decision. Mr. Haddock is very obviously passionate about what he does, a true professional. He kept us briefed throughout the process on his findings, proposed fix and quoted us for the job before undertaking it to ensure everyone was happy. We were delighted with the professional service we received and I would not hesitate recommending Mr. Haddock to everyone I know. In fact a colleague at work overheard me confirming our watch collection last week and told me afterwards that he and his Dad get all their repairs done there and have done for years. How can you top that?. We collected the watch on Saturday, the whole service process was explained to us and we were given tips on care for the TAG going forward. A brilliant experience. Have taken my (and the family's) watches to Brendan for many years. Always professional and knowledgeable service....good clear explanation of what's wrong and what 's needed to sort it. If he can do it he will...and quickly and efficiently (even there and then!) If he thinks it's better to use the manufacturers service he will tell you. Far better than large chain jewellers who never seem to know anything!! He is always my first option and I have no hesitation recommending his excellent business.

So glad that businesses like this still exist. Carried out a battery change on a cherished watch, work was done at short notice and to a very high standard. Very happy and will definitely be back.

My treasured watch (out of action for several years) has arrived back in perfect working order today and looking like new. I managed to drop my Tag damaging the Crown tube and my old jeweler is no longer in operation so I needed to find someone new. I found BHJ on google. BHJ quickly tested, identified the issue and gave me some options for a speedier repair if I was in a rush and at a very fair price. My watch has now been returned as agreed in the timescales provided for the agreed cost. Very happy with service and would highly recommend this company for the great service they have provided. I will be using them again in the future.
