I made a purchase from the Edinburgh store over 3 weeks ago and a few days later when I checked my online banking I noticed the transaction had came out my bank account twice. I called the store the next day about this and was told they’d contact their card machine company and call me back. After me having to chase it up many times and a lot of the time no one answered the phone at the shop I eventually filed a complaint through customer services. I received my refund this morning but I am very disappointed in the service of a designer store. I felt like I was being palmed off many times and I shouldn’t be the one having to constantly chase things up when it was a mistake made by Michael Kors! I will be very hesitant to shop here again.
