Visited the store found all the staff arrogant and rude.Followed me around like I was going to steal something.Rudely told ti stick together and not separate.I was going to buy some sliders but I would rather buy them else where as the colleagues were so rude so I did Won’t set foot on the place again

Had a great shopping experience here. Alex，Kenny and Elayne were very helpful. It was rainy yesterday, Alex put an extra plastic bag for me and that impressed me quite a lot. Elayne was very patient to respond to my enquiries. Thank you.

I visited here a little over a year ago in December. Was ready to buy a classic Burberry trench coat. I'm a taller American, and built as such. (not overweight or anything like that, just not built like the predominantly Asian clientele of this particular store). Sales Associate just takes one look at me and says, "We don't have your size." (They actually did have my size as their Twitter customer service confirmed later). Seriously the worst customer service I had experienced in a while and a lost sale for Burberry

Have visited this store many times and always been very happy with service and goods .unfortunately popped in today and was greeted by a young gentleman with a terrible attitude asked us to stay together and not split up .their were only my self husband and daughter so was very surprised at this policy,we won’t be back .
