This is a forward thinking Brittish company. The shoes are made in the UK. Whilst mainly catering to older clients they are also moving into more trendy styles which is great. The quality is excellent and buying and returning, both online and in store is very easy. Lots of good offers too. I have found the staff in store very helpful ,not in any way pushy.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, who assisted my family member, first using their brilliant measuring machine and the results are really interesting, and then with the right purchase for their needs, which made walking round Edinburgh far more comfortable and enjoyable for them

Helpful staff member Louise measured my feet with a scanner (looking forward to personally 3D printed shoes!!) and patiently brought various styles and colours for me to try. IT slightly unhelpful listing sizes in stock that in fact were not, but I bought two pairs of shoes that I am pleased with...and have 30 days in which to change them if I need to.
