Love the shop. Great selection

Initial sale was fine, normal service and I was happy to pay £110 for a pair of boots that I thought were good quality and likely last at least 2 years. Only four months down the line of normal use and the sole is splitting from the bottom. I go in to request a new pair thinking that will be fine, they will be happy to replace as clearly a fault. Nope. Gone into administration and they tell me I need to phone a company called Pavers who are less than helpful, hiding behind that they "only bought the brand and not the business" seems like they don't care about the new customers they have inherited from Jones, just that they got a bargain for the brand. Very disappointed and I'd recommend spending the same money elsewhere for a better quality boot.

I exchanged a pair of boots I bought at a different branch and the staff dealt with it very quickly, even without a receipt. Very impressive customer service - thank you!

Very warm and welcoming. Popped in to pick up an order and a member of staff was over to offer help before I'd even reached the desk. Awkward foot shape makes it hard for me to judge if the boots fit straightaway. When I mentioned the problem there was assurance that bringing them back if need be would fine, even though I'd got them sprayed with the suede and leather protector. Not even a hint of discouragement.

New boots from Jones, welted sole that should last me a lifetime. You get what you pay for, these are a great investment. The girl also gave them a protective coating in the machine. Happy boot wearer.

Friendly staff, was very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions as I was shopping alone today. Decent collection but plenty of options online.

Fantastic assortment of boots though I am quite jealous of the women shoes with all the stylish styles and designs, and the guys are full of black and brown.
