Steve and the Team at Balanced were fantastic, very friendly, experienced, and certainly knowledgeable. My knee issue was diagnosed quickly and the time was taken to explain exactly what was wrong and what exercises would lead to a quick recovery. Within a couple of sessions and a lot of encouragement, I am once again out on the course enjoying my golf. Balanced at Barnton, worth every penny!

5/ 5

I joined my first class in Pilates with some fear but this was quickly removed by Rosie our instructor who had all eight of us relaxed in no time. Rosie was very careful in ensuring none of us felt forced to try exercises which were too much for our bodies. Some of the exercises were quite hard but each week I seemed to be able to advance to try harder versions. I warn you that you will find you have some muscles you were not aware of and that had obviously not been asked to do any work for sometime. These muscles were very sorry and sore after the sessions. I have to say I have enjoyed the sessions and have felt a lot of benefits. I think I walk taller and feel stronger. I still have some more lessons to complete but would recommend this to all old fat and unfit people like me. I say try it you have nothing to lose but a lot to gain
