Very bad experience with this agency, very unpolite, and rude attitude towards clients, a lot of hurry to take your money but they dont take the time to explain you anything or even treat you as humans. I will stay as far as possible of this agency in the future, now I was trying to rent a flat but when I have my own flat I will never ever give it to this agency to rent out. Cant emphasize enough how bad the experience was, very surprised so bad service can be even given..

Awful unpolite service, they ask for a reservation fee by phone, pressure you to pay it immediately

1/ 5

Awful unpolite service, they ask for a reservation fee by phone, pressure you to pay it immediately if you are interested, once youve paid it they give you a short time to gather a million of papers, and if you dont get all of them just by the deadline they just delete the whole case and rudely dismiss you. A total waste of time. I dont recommend this agency for anyone. Treat costumers like rubbish. As many has said, if I could I would give 0 stars.

The only people who are giving The 5 star reviews for this absolutely useless company are the landlords, fineholm will come back up with silly reasons to steal your deposit no matter what you do, hence making the landlords and themselves money, so don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Will never, ever be using them again. Useless people who don’t have a clue. Cant wait till they stop business, the world will be a better place.

We had an unfortunately very poor end to our relationship with Fineholm. This was directly down to a money grabbing attempt when it came too our check out. Angie our maintenance manage was particularly unhelpful. The only upside was the landlord came to the rescue and stopped us having to take it any further. Would recommend looking elsewhere

5/ 5

I have two properties managed by Fineholm and, for various reasons, they're the second agent I've used in the last year or two. The staff at Fineholm are excellent; they ensure the upkeep of my properties, value me as a landlord, and they respond to e-mails incredibly quickly. When I moved to them from my first letting agent, Fineholm carried out a seamless transfer of the management on my behalf, liaising with my tenants to ensure they were also kept informed. From the moment I met with Mandy to discuss both properties, I was confident I'd get on well with Fineholm. I primarily deal with Kim and Leanne in the office; they are both great assets to the Fineholm team, and a genuine pleasure to work with. They keep me up to date, and arrange any repairs/replacements for my tenants quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the whole team; they provide an exceptional service, and I appreciate working with such a well organised and efficient letting agent. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to others.

The flat we lived in certainly wasn't immaculate, but that wouldn't have stopped them from scalping

1/ 5

The flat we lived in certainly wasn't immaculate, but that wouldn't have stopped them from scalping the previous tennant with a cleaning fee, just like they did with us. We cleaned the flat from floor to ceiling before leaving and even hired a rug doctor to spruce up the carpets. However, like I read recently on 99% of the other reviews - we too, we're given a cleaning fee. Thank goodness for Saftey deposit Scotland. If you do read any good reviews with Fineholm, you are likely reading one that was writen by a landlord. We thought all letting agents were like this as this was our first, which is simply not the case - there are good people out there, you just won't find them here. On a positive note - we had a nice neighbour.

The worst letting agents I've ever had. They will try and steal your money!! Tried to scam us with our deposit so went to the adjudication process with Safe Deposits Scotland and they awarded us almost all of our money back. Do not rent a flat from these people they are liars and are extremely rude.

Rented a flat from fineholm. Had issues at the beginning with Angie the maintenance manager and throughout the communication wasn’t great with her with me not being told things.. The landlord directly was lovely and was always so friendly whenever I met her. Probably would not rent with them again. I will note Aleksandra was always very helpful.
