Huge thank you to Monica !! I dont have a phone at the moment to leave a review but I just wanted to thank her loads for her great service and helping me out in an urgent time of need quickly and kindly. Credit to all your staff and service but wanted to leave warm regards to her specifically for helping out a student in a bit of a frazzle. :) x

Cash machines for paying in rarely work. I tried then on ten separate attempts when they were first installed. On seven they would not take all the cash, and I had to join the queue for manual paying in, on two they ate my card and someone had to be called to retrieve it and on only one occasion did it work. Queues are appallingly long. Over twenty minutes often, always at least ten minutes. When I complained in writing it was implied the problem was that I was not bright or brave enough to use the machines.

I don't want to be rude but improvement is needed. Waiting for half an hour or more before seeing help.

Went in to withdraw money, was seen to straight away, and got what I was after. Staff were pleasant.

Really slow at tellers. Tried to sell me mortgage then financial services. No wonder it takes soo long. Just serve the customer then the next one ASAP. No need to take soo long.

You would think after visiting the branch showing my passport and a phone call they could spell my name correctly on my mail. Again not great service.

Very friendly and professional staff, they helped me with all the queries and resolved the issue with high efficiency. Glad I bank with RBS.

shockingly bad, my card was blocked and then retained by an ATM... no idea whay, ive been on phone for 1 hour, 63 minutes on hold, i am 100% changing banks after this

Wait times aren't ideal. Many staff are mediocre. Rahat - one of the staff - is very friendly and good at her job, though. 3/5 only due to her. 1.5-2 otherwise.
