Very disappointed (putting it politely) that this place is going to close, despite assurances to the contrary. It's always a pleasure, very friendly staff and a lovely hideaway from the weather and the bustle of the city. No doubt many will be moving their money in protest! (Would have got 5 stars if it wasn't closing)

Wonderful place to come and relax/rewind after out in the city centre. Very central location. The lounge itself is not very big but feels spacious. The decor is sophisticated but simple. It's usually not too busy and you can find somewhere to sit. The staff are always friendly and polite. The free coffee does the job and there's always biscuits stocked up. It's definitely one of the nicer lounges, compared to Glasgow or London.

We use the lounge when we fly up from Essex to meet our family. Today we popped in for coffee before taking the tram to the airport. As ever a lovely greeting from staff especially the gorgeous Anita and the manager. Thank you so much for making us feel special
