I spoke to Connor, the bank manager. He's a very helpful chap. I felt he actually listened to what I had to say and went the extra mile to double check all the issues I raised were taken care of. I felt like he actually cared.

So the times that most people can get to a bank - lunch hours and weekends? Closed. Really poor plan

So the times that most people can get to a bank - lunch hours and weekends? Closed. Really poor planning. Even if the hours need to be reduced, they could stagger lunch times for staff to keep it open for public. Dashed out one lunch hour, went to trouble of getting change for parking etc and found it closed on a lunch time on a week day. V disappointing.
