TSB Bank edinburgh

It’s almost impossible to speak to someone in TSB branches as they usually don’t pick up the phone. It’s ok when you go into the branch but not everything can be sorted without making an appointment first so it’s a vicious circle. The only alternative is to schedule via their HQ call centre.

Good service, not usually too busy

Why not use nationwide across the road and avoid giving more money to fat cats.

Well, They sent me to the post something I didn't ask for, so I have to go back there and it is far away from where I live!! A pain in the neck!!

The staff here are trying to provide a good service, unfortunately, their high up bosses DO NOT give a toss, to them it's all about money and there is very little the staff can do about that, but most of them do try their best to take care of you, they don't make the stupid rules that they have to abide by!

Busy, long queues but once you get your turn they are helpful
