You were #1 with a 5/5 stars THE WORLD WILL KNOW HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT PAID THEIR BILLS. (((((Fixed rate)))) APR on 25k @ 4.99% pre 2008 I paid my bills to a good company(at the time) then it changed to Citi now with a (yearly fee) and (variable interest) already way (higher than the above forementioned agreed upon terms.) My Scottish ancestry is the opposite of the movie Braveheart. NO >> SCOTLAND BANK Make sure you study that Word very hard. If it makes you feel better all my cc companies I used to get me through healthcare school defaulted on their FIXED RATE APR with NO ANNUAL FEES. Big shame and No LOGOS-Sad SCOTLAND ONLY HAS LOGOS LIKE THE MOVIE BRAVEHEART. TAKE IT AWAY, TAKE OUT THE WORD, THE I AM, AND SCOTLAND HAS NOTHING. Sincerely, Kevin Burt American Citizen Make it right, you know who I am. For simple folks RBS turned my account over to someone else who Define: USURY

RBS is absolutely useless and disgusting.... I have for months been trying to get my own money out of a dormant rainbow savings account and have twice travelled overseas paying huge airfares to present myself in person to the bank to no avail. It is just one excuse after the next. I have countless times been told that everything is in order and that I would have my money in X amount of days only to get contacted later telling me they need this that and the next thing before they can process my request and give me my own money. I want this issue sorted NOW!! The fellow from RBS I have been speaking to has been very helpful but the processes of the actual bank and the dormant account team has been nothing but useless. I initially came in person to the bank in January and was told I would have my money by February and still at the end of August I am dealing with this issue
