We went to open a Joint account on Saturday and went through the whole 1h process of doing this. I phoned today and it turns out they've opened a single account. We've wasted 1h of our time for nothing and now we need to go to the branch to sort their mistakes out. The staff at this branch are clearly incapable of doing a proper job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!
