Most of the staffs are very attentive in this branch, however I do find the cashiers(downstairs) are bit lazy and not very helpful. I had a most ridiculous conversation in terms of withdrawing my money. Now I just go straight to business cashiers who are totally opposite and very helpful.

The staff is not very helpful. Uncomfortable customer service.

I had to go two times for the same issue and they didn't give me any help. They also make me wait while they were talking. Bad front desk service.

They didn't accept a electronically signed tenancy agreement as proof of address. Just to remind you: it's 2019, not 1960!

Went to pay in a cheque and had to queue for the automated pay-in machine as no tellers. Staff do not help or even acknowlesge that you are having to wait. What a joke!

I used this bank as a international student and everyone has been super helpful in anything I've needed to ask them, or need help with. Highly recommend them

Poorly trained and unhelpful staff . They were not able to help me pay to hmrc correctly so I will probably pay the penalty. Some of them think they are doing a favour and look the clients down. Don't go there.

I really recommend this branch. We opened a joint account at this branch and the staff was very helpful and friendly, we were attended by Duncan, we thought that maybe he was new in the branch, but he was really helpful and capable. We are really satisfied with the service and also with the account condition.
