Terrible experience: I spoke to 2 persons who both told me to wait. After waiting for 30 min I was finally told by a third person (the only competent one) that they couldn't do anything in the branch and that I had to solve my issue over the phone. Total waste of time!

I went to open a new bank account. On Friday on Delray Rs they didn't accept my ID card so I had to go to Shandick with my passport. Here they told me that was okay even if there was not written the nr of the flat on my documents. On monday I had to wait for 40 minutes even if I had an appointment. Then they told me to write the number of the flat and return. Today I went back to Dalry and they told me that the address was not written well enough (they didn't explain me previously how to write it). I'm returning back tomorrow. Result: I havent opened the bank account 8 yet and Ive already lost 7 hours of my time.

Staff always friendly and helpful, they are understanding towards customers who do not bank online and may need to go into a branch. For now banks are not busy, but have a service available for limited appointments etc .
