Really helpful staff. Compared to the high street bank I also use, Nationwide is a breath of fresh air. Also have a pretty decent app, which means I find myself coming here less.

Always found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is the location

Always found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is the location - Morningside Road, a notorious bottleneck with legal nearby parking at a premium.
