I paid a substantial sum for treatment for removal of skin tags on my face as I was assured that the treatment would be successful. After attending on numerous occasions over a period of years, the treatment was unsuccessful and Zest decided to stop treating me. When asked to speak to the owner whom I had my initial consultation to discuss the treatment, I was told she was not available. Complete waste of money! I would not recommend this organisation to anyone. Thank you for your response - this is the first time I have received communication apart from being told my treatment was being stopped. I attended for a consultation with the owner and was told that if I paid a lump sum up front, I would receive a course of treatment which would be successful. In spite, of initial hesitation, I went ahead with the treatment and attended once or twice per year until the treatment was removed. I paid for a course of treatment which was not "fit for purpose" and should have received a full refund. At no time, was I told that the treatment was no appropriate. I find your response very disappointing for an organisation which to survive must ensure a high quality personal experience for all its customers. The purpose of a review is to share an individuals experience with others to prevent them from finding themselves in the same situation.

Excellent results worth every penny. I had two blemishes that have been treated here at Zest and they are now completely flat and I coudnt be happier. Excellent level of customer service every time and the whole experience has been fantastic. Zest spa has got to be the best place in Edinburgh. Thankyou.

Very good service. Delighted with my pedicure. All good - system a bit slow to sort out payment. Certainly not the fault of Ashleigh but could have been better.

Ashleigh is efficient, knowledgeable, very friendly and approachable as well as keen on answering any questions I come up with.

I recently bought skincare products from here. They had run out of the product I wanted when I first went in. However, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and had it in for me the very next day. In the meantime they gave me some testers to keep me going. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable staff and I could not recommended more highly. 😀
