Well this is the best haircut I have had in years. Very attentive and more importantly a hairdresser who obviously loves his craft - I couldn't rate Kevin highly enough. Superb service, fabulous person and a damned good hairdresser! I will be back! Thank you Kevin

Fab attention by Daisy (hair) and Alina (nails). They use products of good brands like Opi, Reiken, and others. Would definitely go back and recommend 100%.

Terrible place, manager in Edinburgh has a horrendous attitude avoid at all costs also way overpriced for what you get

Booked in for a much needed half hour massage. It seemed very rushed, so afterwards I asked how long it had been. Was told (alongside some mumbling) it was a half hour! Absolutely no way, not even taking into account getting undressed and dressed again. It was around 15 minutes - 20 at an absolute push! Hate being made to look like an idiot and being charged for the pleasure. Won’t happen again though - will go somewhere else next time!

Well looked after by Elspeth as usual. Salon had no hot water but stylists were boiling kettles! Absolutely no problems with that. You wouldn't have known there was a problem!

Both my daughter's got their ears pierced here. Great choice of earrings and fabulous service. Much nicer than sitting them in the shop window. The girls here made my daughter's feel safe and comfortable throughout.

Worked here for a few months, staff are friendly as you can get but the managers are something else. Overpriced for what your given and the time your given to get something done. Adding treatments to the service and telling customers that its all included in the final price and that on the receipt it just breaks down what you paid for as a whole when its a add on they put on to reach there sale targets of the week. Only care about the money they make off you and not your time and needs at all. Glad I worked here though as it opened my eyes a lot to the industry and what managers will do to make there job easier and how they think there staff can be treated. Avoid if you don't want to pay for a over priced service with no care for your needs..

Just had our nails done by Martyna, downstairs in Jenners. She did a lovely job and was very professional and pleasant. We’ll be back!
