Arranged test drive with Andy Marchall. Got to say no hard sell no pressure just up front and honest information. To sum my experience up like talking to someone I had known for years but more than anything felt completely at ease felt like I got a really good deal for a really good car.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5 Star treatment all the way from Andy who made the entire process seemless.

A damp and grey afternoon so I guess the staff wanted to stay inside! This is the third time I have been to look at a car but no one has come out to talk to me. Shame as the cars seem really good condition and value.

On my 3rd Volvo absolutely love them. Cannot fault the staff. Fabulous customer service. Servicing great too.

Very good customer service, can’t rate staff highly enough. Thank you for helping out when it was needed. Any time I’ve visited staff are always so helpful and accommodating.

Dropped car off at 8:15 for MOT. Heard nothing by 2:30, so called to check on progress. Informed of 2 hour delay but told car would be done for pick up at 5. Phoned at 4:25 before setting off to make sure all OK and ready. Told it hadn't been done but was about to and told if it failed they would have to keep in overnight. I live 10 miles outside Edinburgh. I said that wouldn't be possible. I received no apology but the offer to book in for another day. I declined the offer. When I picked up the car I was given an unsatisfactory answer as to why it wasn't ready. I asked why I had received to notification that it might be unavailable for me when I turned up at 5. Received a weak apology. Very poor.

All went very well and delighted with the car just a small scuff on right alloy and car key battery getting done as I think it all happened quite quickly with me going ahead with the purchase and I was off the weekend so hence the rush as I had sold my car on the Tuesday. But so happy with Volvo and the car too and video sent cursity of Dean Goodfellow too . And keeping in contact too with myself .
