I needed a new EGR valve on my car, having rung around various garages I kept being told it was too big of a job, or that the garage couldn't fit me in for weeks. I rang Lochrin, they were happy to assist and got the job done in one day, keeping me updated throughout. They gave an estimated cost which was accurate and made sense and then they returned my car, repair done, washed and valeted. Fab service, thank you.

On a trip from the Scottish Borders with wife and four children onboard I experienced steering wheel shudder and a smell of burning. As we entered the centre of Edinburgh the brakes started to fail and we pulled into the side of the road. The heat coming from the front off-side wheel was immense. A quick Google search and the nearest garage was Lochrin Autos. We managed to drive in first gear to get us there and was met by Michael Mortazavi who immediately identified the issue - ceased brake caliper. He took time to show me and explain the problem. He was fully booked for the day, but on learning we had travelled from the Borders, he said he would do his very best to fit us in. We got a taxi to the kids pre-booked swimming at the Commonwealth pool and after the session started to walk back to the garage. I received a call (although I missed it) followed by a text advising the car was ready - very impressive and efficient. On return the car was sitting ready, washed and hoovered. Outstanding service and brilliant service delivered by a true gentleman. Its a five + rating and happy to fully recommend this garage.
