I have been going to this Audi garage for few years now for my MOT, Servicing & Winter Health check. I have been happy with service and quality I had received. That was until my most recent visit. Where I dropped my car off to be fixed for a minor problem and they still have my car days later. After saying it would only take a day. I have called 6 times to ask for update. Each time I am told they can’t take my call, but will call me back. However they never call back. Which is bad business, let alone being rude and not what you would expect. They still haven’t told me what needs to be fixed. Now stranded for another day without a car and no idea how long it will take. I was looking to up grade to a new car next year and would have gone with another Audi as myself and whole family have them. However I will be changing to another brand after shocking service I have received here.

Excellent service and support during the purchase of our new car. The salesman was extremely patient when we hesitated over the exact model and spec even at the last moment. Could not have asked for a better service and would recommend to friends and family.

This is our third Audi at Edinburgh Audi and we are very happy with the service. The person serving us was Andrew Russell who is very helpful and whatever he did, was done with great pleasure and care. He always informed us about any updates and made sure that the car was there as soon as possible. We had a few cars before but Andrew provided without any doubt the best customer service. We had some issue in the meantime however Rory, the manager, solved it very quickly. He was very nice and showed care to the customer. Big thank you to Edinburgh Audi.

One of the poorest Audi dealerships I’ve experienced. Mismatch between expectations provided by booking centre & experience on the day. Mostly disinterested or rude staff / poorly stocked drinks / unrealistic time scales & excessive appointment delays. Escalation of complaints generally met with objection, though at least considered. Much easier to take my business elsewhere. Have no personal experience of them in respect to sales, but would thoroughly not recommend them for services, repairs or associated offerings.

Please read this before purchase. I had personally bought a vehicle and Employee Graham had been their form start to finish on purchasing a vehicle which is a rare car. Graham had working on it through the night . To find this vehicle at a great detail he knew my favourite colour was black. As my alloys came in silver and when the day off the handover process my alloys were black. Graham the God! It was a miracle a just kept staring at it as Graham had went the extra mile for me unexpectedly ! Loved it

Car in for service yesterday, and from the Receptionist onwards we were treated very well. Cheerful people, informative and helpful. Never been let down by these people. So excited after just collecting my new Audi Q2. I have been dealing with Audi Edinburgh a few years, and would not purchase anywhere else, as the professional customer service and care given is simply the best experience. Staff at this branch go the extra mile to ensure the best deal, and Kim in particular has been excellent in terms of customer care, and professionalism as well as ensuring first class communication throughout.
