Edinburgh Airport Car Rental Centre edinburgh

Was at the car rental to pick up multiple cars but ended up taking one big van for our entire group. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking space. Visited Budget car rental and the customer service is good. I would recommend this place for car rental services if someone is in Edinburgh.

Clean and efficient. but longggg lines at some counters. Also, a bit of a walk from the airport terminal

Very helpful and professional staff. My friend from Italy and his wife rented a car for their Highlands trip, the lady at the desk was Italian herself so all paperwork was perfectly and timely completed. We had no problems when we returned the car either, so it was a 10/10 experience.

Very good. Easy to find and quick processing

Not happy. It looks like a bargain at the beginning but when you bring the car back and they find a scratch they tell you they will charge 55 pounds. Unfortunately. They become 90 thanks to unknown administration work and after the addition of VAT it gets over 100. Of course after you have left and they have your signature. Won’t hire with them anymore.

Toilets are in major need of repair and refurbishment. One of the gents toilet cubicle doors don't even close and haven't been repaired despite being reported for over 2 years. Air conditioning in the summer is completely non existent and no heating in the winter. Should be providing better services to the staff that work there.

Hertz Rental is fraud! Avoid at all cost!!! AVOID Hertz Rental at all cost. If you rent a Car from them, they will raise false damage claims against you. We rented a car from them and not a damage was caused by us. We are being asked to pay almost £500 for nothing. This Company needs to be investigated for fraudulent practices! Beware and be warned!

All flows well enough, but OMG allow half an hour or more for check in with sixt.

Easy access through a covered walkway to rental car terminal. Overall an easy experience to 3xit car parks.
