Been using this branch for short term van hire for several years now. Great team, always friendly and willing to help. Vans are all relatively new and a pleasure to drive. Prices are competitive and very reasonable for the service provided. I used another company once as Sixt was closed on that particular day and I got nothing but hassle from start to finish, it really makes you realise how great Sixt actually are, I wouldn't hire from anywhere else whilst in Europe!

Van good price , staff good. would of been 5 star had there been customer parking. Would return if there was parking available

I used Sixt twice. The first time was a horrible experience. Got charged for damage which I didn't do. A large fine for something that wasn't my fault. I booked again because the price was right, and decided to give Sixt a second chance. Had a humble experience the second time. 3 stars for now.

Brilliant bunch of guys. Dale asked why I was renting the car (it was to take my daughter to her school leaving dance) and shortly after told me his boss had offered us a free upgrade. Spent 24 hours in a Range Rover velar for £50. My daughter was delighted, as was I. Great customer service. Couldn’t be happier.

The guys at SIXT have been awesome. On the two occasions I have hired vans for moving, their customer service has been exemplary. Never had an issue with deposits, and they have got a solution or work around for any problem. Can’t recommend the folk here enough. Thanks guys.

Initially we were impressed with Sixt. The van we hired was in good condition and the staff seemed efficient and friendly. Problems occurred however on returning the van. It had been hired for a Saturday and we returned it after 4 hours, handed back the key and thought no more about it. On the Tuesday we received a second invoice stating that we had returned the van a full day late and £163.16 was taken from my bank account. It proved to be impossible to contact Sixt by phone. All numbers instruct you to email them. They then took 4 days to respond, then another 3 days to correct their mistake. To add insult to injury the refund will take 7 to 10 working days to appear in my account.

Car hire place which is a very short drive from Edinburgh Waverley station. We were assisted by a very lovely representative who made the hiring process very easy. In and out with the hire car in less than ten minutes. We washed the car before returning however on the drive back it got dirty as roads were wet but they said it’s fine they’ll sort it out.

Great service from friendly staff at this branch. Found a van for a week in lowest price compare to other rental companies. Adrian who hand van to me was very professional. When I returned van he found my lost glasses and kept safe for me. Highly recommending to anybody.
