Very friendly staff, we booked a car online but decided to change and pay for an automatic car instead and they gave us an amazing car. It ended up being much cheaper than what we saw online with other companies. We took full insurance so didn’t have any problem at all with our French debit card. Didn’t have much wait when we arrived nor when we gave the car back.

Overcharged us 100 pounds for extra mileage when our confirmation stated unlimited mileage. Would not recommend. If you book them do it through rental cars because the rental cars team got us our money back. Their customer service never answered our emails.One of the staff members was lovely though

FALSELY charged my credit card 250 pounds a month after I had rented. They put a false mileage usage and tried to charge me for it. Do NOT use this company. I e-mailed them to inform them of the error. They were completely unhelpful. Luckily the credit card company was able to claim the money back.

(Drop Off) Quick and easy drop off. Staff inspected the car with us and signed everything off fine.

Returned my car and invoice settlement was 0 (no extra charges). Now few weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit, which should've been released within 5 days according to the T&C. Yesterday (3 weeks after rental) they have charged me 50 pounds extra without providing any explanation whatsoever. Their customer support suggested to send an e-mail, which I did, but 1 week later they still didn't reply. Look like fraud/theft which I am filing to bank and authorities to investigate. I strongly suggest to avoid this company.

So brilliant to find a car hire firm that still understand what customer service is, Martin could not have treated us better, he sorted out issues for us on the start of the rental as we had been let down by our own car, he was on a break but we had some marks on the car and he immediately sorted that out for us so we started the rental on a high. And then again on return other things happened slowly but Martin found a way to speed it up and get us on our way, if all of your representatives are as focused as Martin this company has a lot right, thank you
