Derek was very quick to answer my request to fix an intercom panel. He came at the expected time, fixed the intercom and because he's a real expert with any building entrance issues, he changed the lightbulb in the communal stair case and adjusted the main door entrance allowing it to close by itself off. The intercom, the light and the door had been a real nuisance for weeks. So I'm really happy we called Derek to help ! Highly recommended.
