Shell edinburgh

Worst customer service ever experienced.You think the shell name would attribute a modicum of service,but not here. No management in site, no phone number for management because they are really...busy. The laundromat on site eats your money for nothing in return, no service phone number available, no return coins. Shocking in all aspects.

Absolutely disgusting customer service !!! My partner and myself drove to get cigarettes at 11pm, he went to hatch , no greeting ,he asked for jps superking red ,no thank you , no goodbye , on his return to the car i noticed he had been given kingsize so i returned to the hatch and said it was wrong ones and could he change them to be met with " thats what he asked for " again i asked him to change them as thats not what was asked for and he proceeded to look at me with blatant disgust and insisted thats what he asked for ,for a third time i told him thats not what was asked for and could he just change them when he told me i was rude and i had to say please ,at this point my partner came to the hatch and insisted he change them to which he stood for a further 5 minutes arguing with him to then say he had no problem changing them , i am absolutely disgusted beyond belief at the attitude of this person and cannot understand why shell would put their name to this establishment that is known locally to be extremely poor on service, on a weekly basis we spend over £300 , not anymore ,you have lost yet another customer shell ....think its maybe time for some action !!!!

Women was on the phone with a friend the entire time, then complained at me when she couldn't scan my shell go app and demanded I hand her my phone so she could have a better go despite me saying I didn't want to, then finished it off by only saying "it's done" by the time the transaction was finished before immediately going back to her friend.

Service station fuel prices in small town. Bad service and they took the amount from the shell app voucher and still charged full price.
