Used the Jet Wash here and shortly afterwards when the car had dried noticed a number of surface scratches round the back of the car where the hoses had dragged against the bodywork. Made a claim which was referred to Shell's loss adjusters who are playing hardball and refusing to meet £100 cost of polishing out the scratches. Depressing and disappointing.
