Thai food fans - here's where to get fresh ingredients. Pea aubergines, fresh green peppercorns and basil by the kilo. Last trip was for bubble tea ingredients - the owner got us sorted with tips on what tea to use, and how to cook the Pearls. Really helpful guy if you cant read the thai labels. The shop has been there for years and deserves to be there years more..

Really expensive. I have never spent that much on two bananas in my life! They looked as if they "had saw better days". Still edible looking, however tasted quite odd. So did the (bottled) green tea I bought? It worked out over 75p per banana... they were nothing special either. Ate them purely due to the cost not down to the taste. I do not see myself shopping here ever again. I only popped in for a couple of items I had forgot at the shops earlier. The staff were not rude, although speaking on the phone I personally find unprofessional. Also add far as rude at times when it's not in the language spoken by us. It is not an assumption this is from my experience in thai@haymarket the sales person didn't have a great grasp of the English. They couldn't understand or even say "I don't understand" an apprehensive look and shoulder shrug. This is clearly a specialist supermarket for produce perhaps not available in supermarkets? So going in here for a few items I forgot at the grocery shops probably wasn't the best idea.

Lovely shop. Loads of Thai ingredients and some groceries as well. Owner very helpful and respectful. We got Thai red curry paste as well as Tom yum paste and rice noodles. Reasonable prices as well. Only down side is that it's cash only. A bit of an inconvenience

Literally fell in love with the owner! Great assortment of authentic products (I'd recommend the iced mochi for 3.50, they're divine). The only drawback is that it's cash only :-) but don't mind since we owner is beyond helpful and wholesome
