Had an introductory meeting with a Ms Walton Knowles and it was dire from start to finish and we will not be using them. From the awful office with un-decorated, bare lobby, with tight stairs and no disabled access, to the pokey office full of boxes and barely space to get in. The assistance was no better - very confused approach to explaining things and no interest in our situation - before a form was thrust in front of us to sign - which we didn't. Certainly would not recommend from our experience. (I only gave it one star as none was not an option).
