Dear Customer Assistant, I am 23 and more than happy to give you my ID if you need it because I understand exactly why you need it. That being said, when I'm with a man and you only ID me, because you're so sure about his age you don't need to confirm it, since you're not so sure about mine and we're the same age, I have to start questioning the company values you've been taught. The respectful thing to do is leave your unconscious bias at the door and pick it back up when you leave to abuse of it in your spare time. Respectfully.

You want range, accessibility, good service and competitive prices. That’s what a supermarket is there for. That’s what this supermarket delivers. Plain and simple. Happy New Hogmanay Year!

I was in shopping yesterday and have to say your assistant Julie was an absolute star she was very patient with me asking for help and so friendly made shopping there a pleasure

They did not let me buy a couple of beers from my girlfriend and me because they invented that there was a girl outside who was our friend and had no ID so we could not buy them. We explained that we went there every week and that we don't have friends here, and that we don't buy alcohol from other people, but they still didn't let us. When we went outside there was no one, they had invented it, all because we are from outside, but we will never return there.

Closed at 6pm on January 2nd! What a slackers..

I have NEVER found the staff rude or unhelpful in my weekly visits over the past 7 years. But then I am polite and sane. They also have a very good range of produce and groceries at popular prices.

Not happy with a certain staff member in here who was being extremely rude to an older lady who's mask had torn. Unnecessary and completely disrespectful. I spoke my mind and I won't be back!

Based on today's experience. Person assisting self-service check out no approaching customer when alert is signalled . They were standing beside my till. I acknowledge that this person may have been having a bad day, however I am also a faceless keyworker. Please support your colleagues. I have visited this store for over 20 years and I have come to the conclusion that this store is poorly managed due to staff attitudes. My last complaint directly to Tesco about another member of staff was not actioned and no further contact was made.

Be aware of their manipulate club card prices. If they are marked as club card, sometimes you will see at checkout they charge regular prices. If you miss it, you will become a victim of their deception. Happened twice with me when I noticed the receipt. First time the manager honoured the club card price, second time line manager Rob treated me like a fraud. If you report to their line manager Rob, he will humilliate you and treat you like a fraud. If you report to store manager Catherine, she will ignore your report and go ahead with whatever Rob says without verifying CCTV footage.
