Came in the store with a very bad cold sore on my lip...the staff were excellent and thorough..took my details.. actually looked at my lip...ygh...was advised to have antibiotics cream as they thought it was infected.. After four days i have seen big improvement.. thanks to the staff

Dealt with a lovely woman behind the counter last week, returned today and was treated with utter disrespect from another woman. Extremely rude, insulted the way I was gesticulating while explaining the situation and repeatedly told me to ignore my 'psychosomatic' symptoms, without actually knowing what any of my symptoms are. Such a shame as her colleague was very polite and helpful. Will not be returning.
