Terrible experience. I have terminal lung cancer and unfortunately I have my repeat prescription with them. One member of staff makes me feel like a beggar every single time a place my order. Extremely rude and impolite, she would not even talk to me last time I complained

This place is a bad joke....Lots of staff were eating and they wanted to me wait 15 min and after that they told that “don’t have my medication” I am back with another prescription and same...could you don’t tell my if you have or not my medicine and I don’t have to wait for nothing.Staff rude and useless.

Nice friendly staff willing to help often busy so be prepared to wait or go for a coffee or walk.

Rude staff who ignore! Not even say hello when I arrive and then dismissive when I ask for a particular medicine saying I cannot have this!! Doctor told me to get this yet the staff know better!! And why make fun of my lack of English! I try my best.

Ahh, Stockbridge Pharmacy. Honestly, in my (monthly-ish) experience over the past 2+ years, the staff will, and do, go above and beyond what's necessary from them. I especially like the woman who works on the counter - I wish I knew her name - she often wears a maroon coloured overcoat . I think she's from London by her accent. She has helped me SO many times when my prescriptions are still in the surgery, or have been sent elsewhere... This amazing lady always does her best to locate the missing prescription and nine times out of ten, she succeeds. The two pharmacists I'm familiar with (one man, one woman) are also particularly friendly and helpful. What makes this even more admirable is the fact they treat me the same way each time. Whether they're obviously very busy, or quiet. If there's a problem the people I've mentioned will do their best to sort it out for me. A fantastic all-round chemist!! ✅🌟

Had to visit this pharmacy because of the mandatory 2nd day entry test. Nice shop, friendly staff, price expensive for an antigeen test.
