Carrick Knowe Pharmacy – Alphega Pharmacy edinburgh

Excellent local pharmacy with friendly, helpful staff and knowledgeable pharmacists on hand to answer any questions and help with minor ailments and medical advice saving an unnecessary trip to the doctor. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help including a free prescription collection and delivery service on request. I can't rate this place highly enough, I go to hand in my prescriptions but I stay for the friendly banter!

This is a wonderful chemist, if you want speedy dispensing of your prescription (and still correct) or a chat with the friendly assistant it's the place to go.

Lovely staff very friendly, polite and helpful, if you have a problem big or minor they will do their best to help, great at discretion can use a consultation room if you like, definitely an asset to the community.

Had a really bad experience at another pharmacy and called my doctor and they said they would send my prescription over to Carrick Knowe an it would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove over there and the lovely staff had it all ready and waiting. Lifesaver. Thank you so much for excellent service.

Staff are so helpful and usually have products unavailable in some other larger pharmacies without having to order. Long live local pharmacies!
