Best pharmacy I've ever used. All the staff are brilliant, patient and polite. They have been more help than the doctors have the past couple of years, especially Simon and Billy. Can't thank them enough :)

BE AWARE, This pharmacists SIMON WILSON is very obnoxious, passive aggressive and utterly rude Irish man, as won't answer any queries/questions....And also had tablets missing on many occasions and always seems to be when the kid BILLY working, also waited 2 week's and never told me that 112 pills on prescription missing which is the law in Scotland, the other staff are great but they bring this chemist down and act like scum, so if you want to be treated like you treat people STAY CLEAR or he'll just use you to vent at and practice his skulduggery skills. Glad am gone and hope this helps you out folks. ....

The guy that works here is the rudest person I've ever met. I'm new to how NHS works and apparently I'm allowed to ask questions or try to understand how it works because that's how it is. I just need medicine, man. Definitely not going back there even though the rest of the team is really nice.

The staff in general are very helpful apart from Simon the main pharmacist. He thinks he can second guess prescriptions from doctors who actually know your medical conditions and circumstances. He is rude, presumptuous and aggressive when politely questioned. He is not fit to work with the public.

Very quick and easy to use. No fuss, small wait. Never an issue. I think the pharmacist keeps a tight ship and won't put up with any shenanigans. Good for him.

Been using this pharmacy for over ten years and in all occasions that I've needed answers for medical reasons and advice the main pharmacist is a great help and the rest of the staff are so nice and approachable that I would say best place to get seen so take note

With COVID going on the up in Edinburgh you would think that they would be on top of the cleaning Especially the counter I was there first customer of the day only for them to open at ten (as they are meant to be cleaning) to find the counter desk has had a half bottle of drinking water left from the previous day And the counter desk is meant to be cleaned after every customer I haven’t seen this done once in two years Also there is a paper sign that’s been there for months correct me if am wrong but I am sure the paper would hold germs Hopefully this will change as the rest his staff are sound as a pound I will be contacting apple area manager with what I had to go through And no one else should have to suffer dirty conditions after all it’s a chemist
