My husband and I want to thank Sergeant Claire Hall for her wonderful help on May 2nd retrieving our I-Phone from a rental car before we boarded a flight to Bologna. We were so worried because the i-phone had so much information on it and we had left it inadvertently in the rental car in the dark at 4 in the morning. Claire took down all of our information and contacted us at the gate where she brought us our I-PHONE just before we got on the plane. She is deserving of a promotion for going out of her way to be friendly and helpful to customers of the airport. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL to her - THANKS, CLAIRE!
