Just needed to say staff were extremely helpful to me this morning in this post office. Came in just after opening dumped all my bags on the floor just about took up half the shop and I was in a rush to catch a train. Staff helped me organise my parcel and customs forms very efficiently and proffessionally even though I was somewhat rushing them, have me some tape and labels for free. I know some post office workers can be rude or unhelpful just for the sake of it but these guys were the complete opposite so commendable effort to them especially two days before Christmas ✌️

Absolutely fantastic service at this post office. I was applying for 2 different licences and found it super easy. The clerk, Danielle was really lovely and so were the other staff. 10/10. First class service, (pardon the pun)

Personally, I feel let down by post office. I sent a parcel international mail tracked and signed. Was assured this was the best and most secure method of shipping and I would be able to track the parcels journey from the Uk all the way to Asia. Paid my 30 pound which was a lot but seemed about right. Once my package got to Asia, the recipient was informed she had to pay another 30 pound just so she could collect her gift. Import tax I believe. Now my issue is - Royal Mail don’t even bother to inform the customer there could be additional charges at the other end. I won’t use them again.
