The women working there are without fail miserable, rude and antagonistic. Please remember you are working in a service job that requires people skills and behave a bit more pleasantly (or better yet please find a new job if you hate your current one so much). The behavior of these individuals will put a blight on your day - I now do everything I can to avoid going to this post office including paying more to use other carriers instead of Royal Mail.

I popped in to post something and both women wanted me to buy bubble wrap or they are are not going to take it. I told them I had posted this way so many times. They refused and asked me whether I wanted to buy stamps... why????(esp you are not prepared to take my large letter envelop)

This branch is extremely handy and clean, sadly what it lacks in dirt it makes up for in jobsworth staff. Having used the branch for some years due to its convenient location near to the West End, I can't say that I have enjoyed using it once. There is internet access and printing facilities here too. The postbox outside collects at 18:30 on week days- very handy

I went in to print 3 pages of photocopies. As per usual they get up their chair only to show you how to do it (if you insist enough and ask) and they go sit again (without having anything better to do). So i was left by myself printing, which i did. The printer was JAMMED and therefore didn't print properly and i had to reprint them. That lady made me pay for 7 PAGES when i only wanted THREE and it was not MY FAULT (nor the printer ofc but of that lady who wouldn't even help me for two seconds whilst i was printing the papers). I told her i had to reprint because the machine was jammed before she fixed it and she said "oh well you need to pay them all". So stupid I am aware its just silly photocopies but the attitude was shocking. If i lacked at fixing something at my workplace, certainly my customers won't pay for it. I guess that is called logic?

I looked at the reviews because I was wondering if I was the only one who had had a bad experience at this branch. They really make you feel unwelcome and the service is terrible. I just wanted to send two letters and the woman treated me with such disrespect... By far the worst service I have had in the UK.

I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, patient and honest. They take the time to discuss posting options and never rush for a decision. I look forward to seeing them as I know they will help

Watch out as you may be conned into paying for private postage at excessive rates due to them making commission on it. Go in knowing what you want... Was also given incorrect receipt and can't track parcel.

Don't go printing in there. Went to print documents that were 50p each page, but then got charged another £1 for computer usage for just 3 minutes (not even mentioned anywhere) in total £2.50 for printing 3 b&w pages. What a scam Judging by the other reviews they also overcharge people for anything else, so you'd be better off in another branch.

I've always had great service from either women at this Post Office. It's always very busy so it's understandable that the women aren't always 100% but they still do a very good job.
