I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at this office.In the last 3 days I have been at this office every day and they have been brilliant with me.One of the reviews complains about the staff not smiling I can tell you if they get many people like me in the office I do not blame them but I did not have that experience all I can say is thank you and you went above and beyond with helping me.

If you’re collecting a parcel make sure you get there a good 15 minutes before it closes at 10am.

If you’re collecting a parcel make sure you get there a good 15 minutes before it closes at 10am. They close this office at 10am promptly no matter how many people are queuing to collect letters parcels etc etc. You are just told to come back tomorrow from one, you can only describe as “ Not the Happiest person you’ll ever meet “

They did not even try to post my first class parcel. They said they tried . Lies.. i was in all day waiting .Eventually i had to go get the parcel myself. The man at the desk was nice enough but not the most helpful. Rubbish service .
