I had my daughter's birthday party at Frankie's and it was lovely. one of the waiters, Dale was serving us and he was just a delight to the girls! He was so hilarious and kind and was great at making the girls happy. Nicole was being really helpful as well. A thank you to them both they were both incredible.

Went for a quiet breakfast waiting on our car repair. The restaurant was warm and welcoming. The manager was very friendly and the server was attentive but not in your face which is nice. She was really good with other tables who had kids too. The breakfast was hot and fresh looked really appetising. A must visit if your over this way, and if your not then make the trip!

Only been in here twice & never again, went in to be greeted by a rude gentleman. Nice start! Sat down to get the woman who served us the first time we were in, who I found quite rude before. She served us her drinks & commented on how quiet my child was, smiled, said thank you. Few minutes later she came back with our drinks & took our order. When our food came she commented "good luck" on my food cause of my build, was not pleased!! When we were finished she came over & asked how old my daughter was, said she was only nice & polite because shes 4, then proceeded to compare her to her own child, who she basically described as rude & cheeky. And that my child would grow out of it. Did not appreciate this at all!! Told her my child uses her manners cause that's what shes been taught, and will do so regardless of her age! Will not be back, never dealt with such rude people in my life!

Love the friendly waiters and barmen always smiling and happy to help. Very friendly service. Food is delicious congratulations to the chefs. Always learn something new in Italian after use the toilets puts a smile on my face dunno why. The Music is great. The only downside is the music volume is too loud so all the customers have to speak loud and at the end is to much noise.

Had to wait an hour for main meal, went in when it was quiet and ordered before it got busy. Young waitress was lovely, polite and courteous but seemed to be doing all the work. The female who appeared to be the manager was not polite at all, inattentive and dismissive. When finally served food, a passive "sorry for your wait" and a scurry away was all we received. The food was nothing special, typical pub type grub but service appalling. Would not wish to visit this branch again.

We were there on Sunday evening 2/1/20. Magda our server was absolutely fantastic. Perfect service with a smile, very professional and helpful. Would check up on us several time throughout the kids meal. Staff certainly make the restaurant and the atmosphere. The kitchen staff are just as equally pleasant and funny. Strongly recommend this place. Cannot say enough good things about Magda, outstanding service, very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.

Waited ages to be seated despite the restaurant being fairly quiet (I could only see three covers at the time); three members of staff were visible, one acknowledged me but the other two did not. All three staff were aware of me waiting. A couple then came in behind me and got seated first. I left and ate elsewhere. Disappointing experience.

Had to wait for some time to be seated due to being short staffed. Three people in front of me walked out. Glad I stayed. Good service, good food and nice background music at a nice volume to listen to in the background. Could eat and talk without shouting at each other. Definitely go to one again.

Really disappointed. Fried chicken starter was presented to me with nothing else on the plate. Like a toddlers meal. Then creamy tortellini with spicy sausage was the most bland sauce I have ever had. On a side note the dish didn't make sense or compliment each others flavours. Save your money and order a pizza from your local chippy!
