Staff and the shows are good but just not enough staff. Be prepared to have to wait around.

Not bad prices and very good quality shoes and boots. Staff very friendly and helpful and very clean. When you go in look for the bargains hard to find but very good value when you do find them.

Very helpful. They do narrow fit shoes there too! Perfect fitting shoes achieved thanks to great staff.

The customer service is absolutely brilliant at the Clarks store in Monks Cross! I couldn't get the names of the staff but they were really helpful and I would highly recommend visiting this store if you'd like to find footwear that fit perfectly!

Visited today with my daughter who has additional needs. She was too anxious to enter the shop, a wonderful young lady came to my assistance, she was patient and kind, managed to fit a pair of shoes in the shop. You made my day Holly, thank you.

Went in with a toddler. Told to wait then ignored for 10 mins. Not even a polite acknowledgement that we were waiting. After much too long a email we went next door to Schuh kids and got much better service and a lovely pair of converse toddler trainers.
