Really friendly, helpful service. My teenage daughter wanted one of her granny's bracelets reduced in size and the lovely proprietor gave her as much respectful attention as if she were a big-spending customer. This is the way to win loyal customers and we will certainly use them again and recomend to others.

Had a very bad experience with Them. Took my bracelet to make it shorter, and they charged me with 70£. and once i received it it was still big so I asked them again to make it shorter just by removing one more diamond and they asked for another 70£!!! When I told her this should be covered with the first service. She didn’t seem to care and put my bracelet back in the box, handed it to me and told me at least you know now where to go if you changed your mind!! Very disappointing service and poor customer service
