Honestly the best GP I have experienced. With great services such as phone call doctor consultations to determine wether you need an immediate appointment. This GP has helped and looked after me on many occasions. With VERY sweet receptionist. Doctors and Nurses are all great, explain what they are doing, and really care. Whenever I've been i've been seen to each time by a different doctor/nurse (I've chosen this to get quicker appointments) and every single person has been lovely! overall 10/10 service with great staff.

A lovely, friendly practice, from reception through HCAs, nurses and doctors. i have been a patient here for over 10 years and have never received anything less than first class treatment.

Great service, all the staff really care. Great Urgent Care Clinic so you can be seen on the day for any urgent problem!

Solid GP Service. Very well working online options, auto repeats through electronic prescribing means my local pharmacy has my pills in on time every time. Also have remote sorted weird problems very well in past.

2-3 weeks for an appointment at least, judgemental receptionists with a God-complex. Doctors are rude and treat serious medical issues with no seriousness at all. Appalling overall - look forward to more care of this quality as the state of the NHS slowly declines. Words cannot convey how awful this GP service is.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AND DANGEROUS PRACTISE . My partner and myself have on different occasions been left without medication for days after ordering through the phone line , then been told by very rude staff that answer phones are not doctors that it’s your fault !!! Without getting any notification that you need at review your meant to be a mind reader even though you can’t get to see or talk to a doctor !! Well he was left 4 days and had to contact the hospital who were so lovely and got his medication. This practise needs a major over haul and retraining if I spoke to my customers how there staff to to people I wouldn’t of had my bussiness 35 years ! . This is now being placed in the hands of the GMC a full report and the hospitals comments to them . All I can say in a difficult time the doctors are suppose to be a safe place .... STOP BLAMING THE PATIENTS AND COVID WE ARE ALL UNDER PRESSURE YOU ARE JUST RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.

my baby is seriously ill again! for 6 weeks there is no medical help for her, 6 weeks only Covid covid from your side. when the emergency visit is booking you call back after 4 days! next time you send me with her for a covid test and when I try to contact you again send me to other places in york for a visit and again no help! even though I am pregnant and I do not have a car, do you consider it good medical care? it affects her mental health

A very good practice. I have been a patient for many years now and have received excellent care from friendly staff from Reception to the Doctor's. The new telephone system is my only complaint - it is truly awful. I held on for 37 minutes the other day!

For all the GP bashing out there at the moment, do remember that services are under pressure and everyone in the NHS, GP's included are working bloomin' hard. Yes getting through to the practice is tough, but so is managing demand. We are still in the middle of a pandemic people! All of the staff here have been nothing but professional and kind to me. When I needed to be seen face to face, I was (and had the GP appointment and ECG the same day), when I simply needed something that could be dealt with over the phone, then that's what was done. Many thanks to the practice, truly appreciated.
