I have had good and terrible treatment at this practice. Dr Eardley is lovely and treats me well as is Clare the receptionist. Both these women are a credit to the nhs. Unfortunately Dr Maclaren and Dr Reid have treated me very badly so I avoid them if possible. Making appointments is usually easy. I agree with other people that say an investigation is needed and some staff retrained. I suffered terribly with gastritis (which could have killed me) for many years before being diagnosed and I have a learning disability that is still not diagnosed so I’m not getting the support I need. I live in fear and am very sick. One Star each for Dr Eardley and Clare.

Doctor Melrose has been absolutely wonderful in every way during my treatment. Patient, sympathetic, understanding and professional. I will always be grateful to her. When I attend I mostly see Doctor Melrose. On the occassions I have seen Doctor Roberts he has always been helpful and listened to me.

Disgraceful surgery. Arrogant and unhelpful reception staff. You can hardly ever schedule an appointment in advance. You have to call in on the day at 8:30am and hope that you get through. You can't even get a telephone appointment unless it's "non-medical" in nature. What is the point in Radnor Street? At least one doctor has written completely unprofessional comments in my partners medicql records which were inadvertantly shown to my partner, insinuiating that she was imagining her pre-diagnosed medical condition. Considerably poor standards and unsafe practices. Should be investigated and shut down!

Awful surgery. They do not give the emergency appointments. The reception staff is very nice however some of the GPS are not professional . For an example Dr Melrose is the most awkward person I've ever deal with. She made me feel so uncomfortable it's unbelievable. Not recommended.

Dr Eardley and Dr McLaren are the two doctors I have seen and they are both wonderful and have gone above and beyond in order to help me. There was a while when I seemed to be going every other week and I was starting to get embarrassed but they never made me feel like a nuisance and were always patient and understanding. I am very lucky to have found such a good practise.

This surgery needs to be investigated because negligence is rife here. Some of the doctors are committing criminal activities against vulnerable patients. I have suffered like many other patients whom have attended this practice. I’m amazed this practice is still open. Dr McLaren is negligent as is the woman gp whom I suffered at the hands of too. Women and children should avoid this practice. Big men whom can defend themselves may be safer.

Dr McLaren and Dr Reid are useless unless they like you’re face but if they don’t you’re in trouble. Scandalous criminal practices are going on here. Do not send anyone with a learning disability to this practice alone. They are in danger of being bullied, neglected, ignored or worse. The reception staff are wonderful but some of the the doctors are guilty of criminal offences. I reported a doctor who demanded oral sex from me in exchange for treatment but I was ignored so the sex fiend is still at large preying on patients.
