We received excellent customer service from Stephanie and Emma in arranging our 2016 family holiday. They were knowledgeable, had attention to detail, were efficient and friendly they made our holiday experience fun from our initial enquiry - they even involved our children who were with us in the holiday booking process. Highly recommended.

paid for a 2 weeks holiday that day forgot about insurance ,staff never asked me if insured or not ,so insurance for £41left with no insurance book telling me what the insurance covers ? so called them ,aw am speaking to a customer al call you right back ,never called glad to take your money but not give relivent info POORCUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN gave 2 stars only as 1st girl Nicola was ok
