1/ 5

We travelled the next week with two small children after the Majorca flood on 9.10.2018. Flight Centre provided misleading information about that flood. For example they provided incorrect distance between the hotel where we stayed and the the worst hit area. That distance was increased in about two times on this small island. The details about another flood that happened three months earlier in the town where we stayed had not been provided. Because of travelling with two small children we were very concerned about safety as just a week ago 10 people died because of the flood in a relatively close proximity to the hotel where we stayed. Flight Centre did not address these concerns and my impression was that they didn't care much about it. On top of this there were smaller issues that showed low level of attention to details. For example they set and then moved the dates for picking up the documents three times, initially they wanted to charge us for selecting the sits on the airplane even though according to the rules we have to sit next to our small children. Overall I would not recommend services of this Flight Centre branch to anyone.
